Problem should be fixed.So, i managed to fuck up the files, just a little bit of messing the whole code and having to manualy fix it and now i can use it and get avechievments, spent 5 hours doing this. Turn on cloud save and launch the game, you should see a message saying that there are older files in the cloud than in your pc so you got to choose either uploading the new files or downloading the old ones.
